Banned Reviews Policy

Vexora Inc. values authentic, honest feedback. This policy sets out our position on reviews and testimonials and the conduct prohibited in connection with any representation of our services.

1. Commitment to Authenticity

We are committed to ensuring reviews and testimonials associated with Vexora are genuine and not misleading. We do not pay for, fabricate, or selectively suppress reviews.

2. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating, soliciting, or publishing fake or incentivised reviews
• Submitting reviews under false identities or multiple accounts
• Threatening or coercing clients to post positive reviews
• Offering rewards in exchange for reviews
• Removing or suppressing genuine negative reviews
• Using review aggregators to artificially inflate ratings

3. Staff Obligations

Staff members are prohibited from submitting personal reviews of Vexora without disclosing their employment relationship.

4. Third-Party Review Platforms

We may respond to reviews to provide context, but will not request removal unless a review is demonstrably fraudulent.

5. Reporting Violations

Report violations to compliance@vexora.ca.

6. Enforcement

Breaches by staff may result in disciplinary action; breaches by third parties may result in termination of any commercial relationship.
