Customer Agreement

This Customer Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Vexora Inc. ("we", "us") and the individual or entity registering for and using the Vexora platform ("Client", "you"). By creating an account and accessing the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Platform Description

Vexora provides an education and training platform designed to help individuals develop trading knowledge and discipline through structured programs and instructor-led challenges. The platform uses simulated account environments for training purposes.

2. Eligibility

To use the Vexora platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction of residence. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and current.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

4. Platform Access & Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform solely for lawful educational purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You must not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false registration information
• Attempt to disrupt the platform's operation or interfere with other users
• Use the platform to facilitate any unlawful activity

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, tools, and features made available through the platform are the intellectual property of Vexora Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vexora Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the fees you have paid, if any, in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if you breach this Agreement. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

9. Amendments

Vexora Inc. reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered clients.
