This Risk Disclosure Notice is provided by Vexora Inc. to ensure that all clients and prospective clients are fully informed about the nature of the Vexora platform before engaging with it.

1. Nature of the Platform

The Vexora platform is a simulated trading education and training environment. All account balances, positions, profit and loss figures, and transaction records displayed within the platform are simulated and for educational purposes only. No real money is deposited, held, transferred, or withdrawn through the Vexora platform. No real financial instruments are bought, sold, or executed on your behalf.

Market data and price charts shown within the platform are sourced from real financial markets and are provided for educational reference and analytical practice only. The display of real market data does not constitute execution of trades or investment advice.

2. No Real Financial Risk on This Platform

Because Vexora is a simulation environment, clients do not risk real capital by using this platform. Simulated gains and losses have no monetary value. Any balance shown in your dashboard is a training balance assigned by your instructor and cannot be converted to, or exchanged for, real currency.

3. Real-World Trading Involves Substantial Risk

The purpose of the Vexora training environment is to prepare you for the risks and disciplines required in real financial markets. When trading real financial instruments:

• You can lose more than your initial capital, particularly when using leverage or margin
• Past simulated performance has no bearing on real-world trading outcomes
• Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and largely unregulated in many jurisdictions
• Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably
• Emotional discipline and risk management are critical — this platform is designed to help you develop them

4. Simulated Performance vs. Real Trading

• Execution: Simulated orders are filled instantly without slippage; real markets have latency, spread, and execution risk
• Liquidity: Real markets may not always be able to fill your order at the price you see
• Psychology: Trading with real money introduces emotional factors absent from simulation
• Costs: Real trading involves commissions, spreads, and financing charges

Success in a simulated environment does not guarantee equivalent results in real financial markets.

5. No Investment Advice

Nothing on the Vexora platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument, or a solicitation to engage in real trading activity.

Before engaging in real trading outside this platform, you are responsible for understanding the products and risks involved, ensuring trading is suitable for your circumstances, and seeking independent financial advice where appropriate.
