These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vexora platform operated by Vexora Inc.. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by them.

1. The Platform

Vexora is a technology-driven investment education and training platform, providing structured programs, instructor-led challenges, market data access, and account management tools for educational purposes.

2. Account Responsibilities

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials
You must not share your account with third parties

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, transmit harmful code, impersonate another person, or interfere with security or access control features.

4. Intellectual Property

All platform software, designs, educational materials, and branding are owned by Vexora Inc. or its licensors.

5. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vexora Inc. from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

7. Modifications to the Platform

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, or through the courts of Ontario, at our election.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Customer Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vexora Inc..
